About Kevin and Nicki Colyer

Kevin and Nicki Colyer live in Brussels with their four Children, Sam and Ellie and their twin boys Luc and Joshua. They live just in Schaerbeek about 2km from the lovely Park Cinquintenaire and the YWAM centre close by there.  They spend a lot of their time in various sandpits and play parks all over the city and now consider themselves experts at play-areas.

They work for Youth With A Mission in Brussels. Kevin manages the YWAM centre there and also  National leadership for YWAM Belgium. Nicki is currently focusing on raising the twins but when she has more free time she has taken on roles such as team leadership, pastorlal, personal  development and plays a key role in the Alternatives ministry with the Mothers and Babies group. Sam goes to the British International School of Brussels and Ellie goes to a local French speaking school. They have lived in the city since January 2004 and love the life, waffles and beer!

They are thrilled to be involved with a new church plant from St Pauls church called The Link, which meets in the Stokkel area of the city and is a great church for those who would call themselves a not-yet-Christian and are looking to find out more, without being overwhelmed!

They have been working for YWAM since 1990/91 and are supported by a team of partners from around the UK,  Belgium and beyond. On these pages they will often talk about the people from St Jude’s church in Plymouth and Holy Trinity, Brimscombe near Stroud in Glouestershire.
